• Even accountants like to celebrate Christmas and New Year, but the last- minute avalanche of tax return information we receive, makes it very difficult for us to do so.
• If you want to make us super, super happy, supply us with your tax return information as early in the year as you can.
• In return, Integer will reward your promptness by discounting our fee proportionately:
  • Send us all of the tax information we need by the end of June and I will discount your tax return fee by 25%.
  • Send us all of the tax information we need by the end of July and I will discount your tax return fee by 20%.
  • Send us all of the tax information we need by the end of August and I will discount your tax return fee by 15%.
  • Send us all of the tax information we need by the end of September and I will discount your tax return fee by 10%.
• You will know in good time if you owe any tax, and can save for it.  And if you are due a refund, you will receive it sooner.

The economy has been a bumpy road for everyone of late and in January 2024 I raised Integer’s prices for the first time in 15 years. I hope you believe me when I say, it wasn’t a decision I took lightly.

Another way Integer may be able to keep your bill to a minimum, is by outsourcing preparatory work to India. Outsourcing has fast become a new accountancy norm and is something I am currently trialling.

• In my view, the most client friendly accountancy software is Xero. Xero can streamline your accounting, simplify your life and help synchronise your business with ours.
